Core Return Required

With every order, we require the core to be returned within 21 days of purchase. There will be prepaid return labels for each package, you can use the same box the replacement head comes in and all you have to do is drop it off at your nearest FedEx location, its that simple! We do not charge upfront for cores and there wouldn't be any additional charges as long as the complete core is returned. If you don't have cores, or believe your core is not in acceptable return condition, feel free to contact us.

High-Quality Head Gasket Sets & Head Bolt Kits

With each cylinder head you purchase, you will be given the option to buy the head gasket set from our company at a wholesale discount. ADV Auto Pro works with all the brand name gasket suppliers in the industry such as Victor Reinz. Each manufacturer will require a different gasket material in order to seal properly. We have all gasket types ranging from MLS (multi-layered steel) and graphite. Please contact us for pricing and we will add it to your order.

Quality Control

ADV Auto Pro undergoes an extremely meticulous quality control process to ensure our cylinder heads are the highest standard. After our cylinder heads are cleaned, they are sent over to Sunnen Pressure tester where the cylinder heads will be inspected for any hairline cracks which are not visible to the naked eye. If the machine head is cracked, it will not continue to the next processes of remanufacturing. This is how we continually strive to provide the highest quality of cylinder heads and assure our customers that if has been tested and ready to install. Please be advised that we do not include camshaft seals on any of our heads.

3 Years Unlimited Warranty

ADV Auto Pro offers a 3 Year Unlimited Mile Warranty on all cylinder heads sold, except on High Performance heads. We ask that when installing the cylinder head make sure you are using the recommended head gasket as the manufacturer requires. You may also order the headset along with your cylinder head. Please make sure that the cooling system is in place and that the hoses, water pump, thermostat, and radiator are in GOOD working condition. Please understand that we are just selling the cylinder head and if any other part in the vehicle is old or damaged it can and will cause harm, or overheat the cylinder head. Every head sold will come with Heat Tabs which if removed will VOID your warranty. This heat tab’s center will melt if the cylinder head overheated, causing the warranty to be VOID. Failure to return your cores within 21 days will also void your warranty.

WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER ANY LABOR AND/ OR ADDITIONAL COSTS.

Return Policy

ADV Auto Pro accepts returns within 15 days of order delivery date. The items must be unused (i.e. have not been installed, filled with oil/ coolant, etc.) and in their original packaging. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and round-trip shipping charges. Please contact us prior to sending back your order so that we may provide you with the proper return authorization materials. Refunds will be processed upon receipt of the items via the original method of payment, WE CANNOT ISSUE THE REFUND TO A DIFFERENT CREDIT CARD OTHER THAN THE ORIGINAL CARD THAT WAS USED. Deductions will be made for open head gasket sets and head bolt kits.
